Founder of Rohan Feurtado Group LLC | RFG Property Services

My career in construction began at 16, working alongside my father as a welder’s assistant. That early start led to a career built on hands-on training, skilled craftsmanship, and experience across multiple trades.
I began as a plumber’s helper and worked my way up to mechanic before completing a four-year apprenticeship through the New York City carpenters’ union and becoming a journeyman carpenter. I spent approximately ten years in the union, working on high-rise construction in Manhattan. My background also includes several years as a professional painter and union taper, giving me firsthand experience in drywall finishing, surface preparation, and the details that make a finished room look exceptional.
Before moving into buying and renovating houses, I specialized in kitchen and bathroom renovations, including custom bathrooms and detailed tile work for high-end residential clients. Those projects demanded precision, careful execution, and a high standard of finish—standards I bring to every job.
I later expanded into flipping homes and owning rental properties, while also managing building and renovation projects in Brooklyn for several construction companies. After moving to Connecticut, I continued working as a project manager and foreman before founding RFG.
My experience goes beyond supervising a job. I understand the work because I’ve done it myself—from framing and plumbing to taping, painting, tile work, and finishing. I also understand what matters to the property owner: dependable service, clear communication, quality workmanship, and attention to the investment they’ve made.
I founded RFG to bring that depth of experience and personal accountability to homeowners, real estate professionals, and property managers throughout Connecticut. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger renovation, my commitment is the same: respect your home, pay attention to the details, and deliver work I’m proud to put my name on.
When you call RFG, you know the person behind the name—and the experience behind the work.
